Hayden Panettiere scream during audition!

Hayden Panettiere had to scream out loud in her audition for Scream 4.

The Heroes star found she had to be able to sound like a damsel in distress as well as look the part for the movie.

“I had to audition and yes I did have to scream,” confirms Hayden. “But screaming is not all I had to do. We had to read a scene from a previous Scream movie because there is so much secrecy about the new movie. I did get to scream in that scene and I obviously did enough!”

Hayden recently gushed about her towering boyfriend Wladimir Klitschko!

Hayden and 6-foot-6 heavyweight boxer Wladimir met at the launch party of a coffee-table book.

“I said, ‘You’re huge!’ and he said, ‘You’re tiny!’” recalled Panettiere.
