Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz have been spotted holding hands.

The pair who recently called time on their relationship after almost three years of marriage were reportedly “looking like a couple again” while on a family date out at Los Angeles’ Beverly Glen Mall with their two-year-old son Bronx earlier today.

“Ashlee and Pete held hands, and Pete especially looked very happy,” an onlooker said. “While waiting for their drinks, Pete had his arm around Ashlee and they definitely looked like a couple again.

“Ashlee kept smiling and lovingly leaned on Pete.”

Pete, 31, recently admitted despite his split from the 26-year-old singer, the pair were still “best friends” and he has nothing but “love and respect” for his estranged wife.

“Ashlee’s been my best friend for five years; she’s the mother of my child,” he said. “I have nothing but love and respect for her and going through something like this isn’t easy, but we’re friends and the most important thing is to put our son first.”

Although when filing for divorce Ashlee applied for sole custody of Bronx and Pete having sine requested joint care the couple are said to be working to reach an “amicable” solution.

“Ashlee and Pete’s split is amicable and they’re working together to make this as positive a situation for Bronx as possible,” a source said

While no details about the track have yet been revealed, the 45-year-old star is reportedly hoping to release the single as soon as he returns from his tour, which ends on May 3 in Seattle.
This comes after producer Ed Meyer announced plans to sue the former Two and a Half Men star for $20 million after accusing him of intentionally destroying a planned reality TV project about himself and his family.
It is claimed Charlie conspired to intentionally interfere with contractual relations and his parents, West Wing star Martin Sheen and his wife Janet, acted as “co-conspirators” in killing the show.

Leonardo DiCaprio $5million endorsement deal!

Leonardo DiCaprio will reportedly earn $5 million for shooting a TV commercial for a Chinese cell phone company.

The endorsement deal believed to be one of Leo’s most lucrative to date is for the Guangdong OPPO Mobile Telecommunications Corp. and is scheduled to be shot in April.

According to E! News, the commercials will run in Asia later this year.

Leo has also appeared in ads for watch-maker Tag Heuer and Suzuki.

Leo recently admitted he takes himself “too seriously”.

“I don’t know what I’m going to do next,” he said. “I have no idea and it’s kind of a cool place to be.

Prince William won't wear wedding ring?

The British royal will marry fiancee Kate Middleton on April 29 and is going to eschew the modern-day tradition of men wearing wedding bands.

“There is only going to be one ring, in accordance with the couple’s wishes,” a palace spokesperson at the Palce told People magazine.

Middleton will have a wedding band, and it will be made from Welsh gold.

A tiny amount of gold mined from the Welsh mountains (not far from where the couple will start their married life on Anglesey,) has been kept in the royal vaults since it was originally presented to William’s grandmother, Queen Elizabeth.

The Queen has “given a piece of the gold that has been in the family for many years to Prince William as a gift,” a palace source says.

Recent reports claimed Elton John is planning to throw a party for William and Kate.

The Rocket Man singer who was a close friend of William’s mother, the late Princess Diana and his partner David Furnish have planned the party, to which David and Victoria Beckham will also be invited to thank the young couple for their invitation to their  April 29 nuptials.

“Elton loves entertaining and hosting people at his home,” a source told Britain’s Daily Mirror newspaper.

“He is touring America at the moment but he flies between there and the UK and comes to his Old Windsor home whenever a short break in his schedule allows.

“He has wanted to invite Kate and William to dinner for a while now to thank them for his wedding invitation. He always puts on the most incredible feasts fit for royalty anyway so they should feel right at home.

“The Beckhams will be invited but it depends on whether his club will let him travel.”

Adrianne has been snapped filming an action sequence for the upcoming TV series, with her double on hand to perform some of the more tricky stunts.

The snaps also show the actress wearing red boots, suggesting bosses have made a costume U-turn since releasing the first official image of the new Wonder Woman two weeks ago.

Fans of the comic-book hero expressed their outrage at the new costume, which saw Adrianne modelling blue heeled boots and matching blue PVC trousers.

Palicki is better known in America for her role in the drama series Friday Night Lights.

The new Wonder Woman series is written by writer and producer David E. Kelley, who brought Ally McBeal, Chicago Hope and Boston Legal to our screens.

The plot is described as “a reinvention of the iconic D.C. comic in which Wonder Woman aka Diana Prince is a vigilante crime fighter in L.A. but also a successful corporate executive and a modern woman trying to balance all of the elements of her extraordinary life.”

James Franco NYU lecturer gig!

James Franco is set to become a lecturer at New York University.

The 127 Hours star will lecture a class in directing at NYU’s Karbar Institute of Film and Television at the Greenwich Village-based campus.

“He will be teaching a section of a third year directing class in the graduate film division. It will comprise of 10 to 12 students,” said an NYU spokesman.

The class, which has unsurprisingly already been filled, will begin in the autumn and the group will make a short film adaptation of a poem by Pulitzer Prize-winning poet Louise Gluck.

“James has an amazing mind and limitless energy,” said John Tintori, the chair of the NYU graduate film program.

“Our students will be fortunate to learn from him. We anticipate the students in his class will feel especially privileged to have him as a teacher.”

Arnold Schwarzenegger & Stan Lee team up for The Governator!

Arnold Schwarzenegger is teaming up with Stan Lee to create The Governator, a new animated series and comic book coming next year.

Lee told Entertainment Weekly, “The Governator is going to be a great superhero, but he’ll also be Arnold Schwarzenegger. We’re using all the personal elements of Arnold’s life.

“We’re using his wife [Maria Shriver]. We’re using his kids. We’re using the fact that he used to be governor.

“Only after he leaves the governor’s office, Arnold decides to become a crime fighter and builds a secret high-tech crime-fighting center under his house in Brentwood.”

Along with the Arnold Cave, the Governator will have a fleet of super vehicles at his disposal, a closet full of “Super Suits” that allow him to fly and perform other super stunts, and a team of colorful sidekicks, such as Zeke Muckerberg, the precocious 13-year-old computer whiz who acts as the Governator’s cybersecurity expert

“I love the idea of a control center below my house with a path so that boats and submarines can go right into the ocean,” Arnold said. “In the cartoon, my house is much closer to the beach than where we live, but, you know, it’s a cartoon.”

Arnold recently discussed his plans to return to Hollywood.

“Currently I’m reading three scripts,” he said. “In the future I have to adapt my roles to my age. Clint Eastwood has also done it in the same way.

Britney Spears has been tipped to land a $100m Las Vegas residency, according to a report.
The British Mirror claims that the 29-year-old singer has been approached by hotel and casino owners who are keen to sign her for an extended run of shows in the city.
"Vegas moguls are holding meetings to secure Britney for a permanent show," a source told the paper. "If she performed in Vegas on a regular basis, it would attract loads of fans to the city.
"She'd bring in so much revenue. There's no doubt she would be offered at least as much as country star Garth Brooks, who signed a $100m deal and has been selling out shows in Vegas since 2009.
The insider added: "Britney would be an even bigger draw."
Spears performed two shows in Las Vegas earlier this week to promote her new album Femme Fatale.
Spears has said that recording a duet with Kylie Minogue would be "brilliant".
Following a Twitter exchange, in which Minogue praised Spears's seventh album Femme Fatale, the Australian singer later admitted that it would be "awesome" if the two could team up.
"I'm sure it would be a great thing," Minogue said. "I think she's great. I've met her before and we've worked with some of the same people who help put our tours together."

Oprah lawsuit thrown out of court!

Oprah Winfrey has one less problem to worry about.

A federal judge has tossed out a Philadelphia writer’s $100 million lawsuit, which alleged Winfrey violated his copyright by reading on air without permission passages from a political booklet he penned.

Charles Harris claimed that on the Feb. 16, 2009 episode of The Oprah Winfrey Show, Winfrey read questions that were the same as in his work How America Elects Her Presidents.

The complaint stated that Harris had sent several copies of his booklet to the show in 2008, in hopes of gaining publicity during President Barack Obama’s presidential campaign. He said he never heard back from the show.

Harris claimed that “the language and structure of the questions were exactly the same,” adding that the use was “deliberate, willful, malicious, oppressive and without regard to [his] property rights.”

Winfrey filed a motion to dismiss and sought sanctions for a frivolous lawsuit. The judge ultimately declined to award Winfrey sanctions, saying Harris’ suit was filed in good faith.

Harris was seeking $150,000 for each “unlawful use,” plus statutory damages.

Sources say the billionaire media mogul is keen to end her iconic show by getting her hands on the real estate mogul’s legendary locks.

According to New York Post gossip column Page Six,  the e-mail invitation to Trump’s office said, “The eyes of the world will be upon these episodes.

Katy Perry is set to share the stage with Britney Spears.

The Toxic singer announced Tuesday that she’s on her way to Chicago for a concert showdown with the Teenage Dream hitmaker.

Spears said she’ll sing at the United Center on July 8 the very night Katy Perry headlines an Allstate Arena concert. It’s not known when Spears tickets will go on sale.

Meanwhile, Perry has revealed she’s obsessed with cats.

The California Gurls singer and her husband Russell Brand own three moggies, Kitty Purry, Morrissey who gets his moniker from the former Smiths frontman of the same name and Krusty, which is a combination of the pop star’s name and the comedian’s nickname Rusty, and admits she loves her feline friends as much as anything else in her life.

Katy sees a lot of similarities between herself and the demanding pets and she believes this is the reason she has such affection for the animals.

“I am obsessed with cats. I’m kind of trying to make that cat-lady personality cool,” Katy said.

“I want it to be chic! Cats are like, ‘You have to earn my affection.’ And I really associate myself with that.

“People have to earn my affection, but when I give it, it’s going to be good. I’m very independent like a cat too, and I do things in my own time. My cats have a feminine way, it’s sexy.”

Lindsay Lohan New York rental!

Lindsay Lohan is looking for a rental property in New York.

The troubled actress who was cleared of all charges in her criminal battery investigation earlier this week is looking to make a fresh start in the Big Apple by renting a new home with her younger brother Michael.

“She will be in New York a lot more going forward,” Lindsay’s mother Dina told the New York Daily News. “She’s actively looking for places in the city with her younger brother Michael. She loves it here. And she has a lot of friends who already have places, so she might sublet.”

Dina also admitted the 24-year-old star who was accused of lashing out at Dawn Holland, a member of staff at the Betty Ford Center, while in rehab last December is happy to move on from the incident.

“We always knew Lindsay was innocent. This shows the truth does prevail. We’re really happy we can put this one behind us,” she added.

Despite Lindsay still being accused of stealing a high-end necklace from Los Angeles store Kamofie & Company, Dina has maintained the piece was given as a “loan” to her daughter.

“We’re taking everything one step at a time. But obviously we’re all behind Lindsay on this. I watched all four hours of the surveillance tape. They clearly loaned her that necklace,” she added.

The lousy hitmaker who is one of a number of stars reportedly being lined up to join the judging panel of the music mogul’s talent show The X Factor USA admitted she dreams about the 51-year-old star “every night”.

“I love Simon very dearly. He’s such an amazing man. I had the pleasure of meeting him and my life will never be the same, darling. I told him that,” Nicki said.

“I was absolutely in love with him prior to meeting him. And now that I’ve met him, I dream about him every night.”

Despite refusing to confirm or deny whether she would be joining Simon and record producer L.A. Reid on the judging panel of the new show, Nicki expects The X Factor USA to be “dope”.

“I know the show is gonna be dope because Simon is dope and I wish them luck,” she said.

The 26-year-old rapper recently admitted she is often in a “state of shock” over the level of her fame.

“Sometimes it feels like I’m on the outside looking in,” she said.

“I’ve grown up seeing what happens to the likes of Britney Spears, but I never imagined that one day that would happen to me. But people freakin’ dream of this, it’s not just supposed to happen and there is no guarantee that it will last.

“I’m trying to make sure it doesn’t affect me in the wrong way. And I guess I’m in a state of shock, too.”

Muhammad Ali: Los Angeles artists revealed portrait!

A group of Los Angeles artists revealed their newest project Tuesday a memorial to boxing legend Muhammad Ali.

The artists used over five miles of steel cable and over 1,300 suspended speed bags (used by athletes as a workout) to create a two-story steel framework mural.

The mural shows Ali’s face on a massive white background. When you get close to it, or look at it from the side, nothing quite looks right on it, but as you step back, Ali’s face comes into focus.

Since he retired from boxing in the early 1980′s, Ali has devoted his life to humanitarian causes, including research for Parkinson’s disease, which he has lived with for many years. He has used his name and fame to raise millions for hunger-related aid and has  spoken around the country about tolerance and racial equality.

Earlier this month, Ali, 69, paid a visit to the the Angels’ clubhouse.

Ali, a Phoenix-area resident, was escorted in by his wife and sister-in-law before the Angels’ 8-0 exhibition win over the San Francisco Giants.

“It was like royalty walked in it was silent,” said outfielder Torii Hutner. “We’re all in the presence of greatness. Every athlete respects what Muhammad did, all the [beatings] he put on all those boxers. He’s the greatest of all time.”
