Justin Bieber to be sued over song!

Artist managers Vance Tate and Thomas Oliveria have filed a lawsuit over one of Justin Bieber's songs.
The pair claim to represent songwriters Sean Hamilton and Hyuk Shin, who are also known under the name A-Rex, reports Billboard.
A-Rex created the song 'One Less Lonely Girl' back in 2008, which then appeared on Bieber's debut album My World the following year. Usher, Hamilton, Shin and two others appear in the track's credits.
Tate and Oliveria have claimed that they are entitled to 10% of the publishing royalties relating to A-Rex's share of the track, which is estimated to amount to $200,000. They are also seeking damages due to breach of contract, fraud and copyright infringement, naming EMI and LA Reid Music Publishing in the suit.
Justin Bieber recently revealed that his mother controls his finances and that he is given a monthly allowance.
