The actor, 27, is in the shape of his life through training for the new Superman movie and his role in historic romp Immortals.

“The trouble is, once you get in that kind of shape, it changes your standard for yourself,” explains Henry. “Although it’s great shape, it becomes your idea of what in shape is. You start to consider yourself out of shape as soon as you let that state slip which is potentially insane if you think about it. It’s life changing.”

Henry recently revealed that gearing up for the new Superman movie is like reliving his childhood.

“I picked up comic books every now and again as a boy but I went to boarding school so had very little time for anything other than studying,” he said.

“Now I’m kind of having this second childhood where I find myself reading a lot of comic books. It’s something not many people get the chance to do for good reason so I’m enjoying it.”
